Terms of service

1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of CCPP: the website ccpp.dev, its account system and the CCPP cloud products that sign you in with it. By creating an account, you accept them. If you do not, do not create an account.
2. Your account
You must give a valid email address and keep your password secret. You are responsible for what happens under your account and its API tokens. Tell us at privacy@ccpp.dev as soon as you suspect someone else used it. One person, one account, unless we agree otherwise.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law, to harm others, to send spam, to reach systems or data you are not allowed to, to disrupt the service or to get around its limits. Do not upload content you have no right to share, or a profile picture that is illegal, hateful or sexually explicit.
4. Plans and payments
Some features need a paid plan. Its price, what it includes and its billing period are shown before you subscribe. A paid plan needs your legal name and postal address. You can cancel at any time; the plan stays active until the end of the period already paid.
5. Your content
You keep the rights to what you upload. You give us the permission needed to store it and show it where you chose to show it, such as your profile picture, and nothing more.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available and secure, but provide it as is, without a guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors. We may change or stop a feature. When these terms change in a way that matters, we say so and ask you to accept the new version.
7. Suspension and closing
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, after a notice when the situation allows it. You may close your account at any time by writing to privacy@ccpp.dev.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the event. Nothing here limits the rights a consumer has under the law of Québec.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Québec and of Canada that apply there. The courts of Québec have jurisdiction.
